Pyripnoa auricularia

This adult moth has brown forewings with an irregular dark band across each one. The hindwings are plain pale brown. The moth has a wing span of about 2 cms.

The species has been found in:

  • Western Australia,
  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
