The forewings of the adult moth of this species are pale brown with indistict darker wavy transverse bands. The hindwings are plain pale brown. The wingspan is about 2 cms.

The species has been found in

  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria,
  • South Australia, and
  • Western Australia.
