The forewings of the adults of this species are brown with striking white streaks. The hindwings are fawn shading to off-white along the costas. The moths have a wingspan of about 3 cms.

They have been found in :

  • Queensland,
  • New South Wales,
  • Victoria, and
  • Tasmania.
