These Caterpillars are thought to feed on plants in DILLENIACEAE such as

  • Climbing Guinea Flower ( Hibbertia scandens ), and
  • Trailing Guinea Flower ( Hibbertia dentata. ).

    The adult moth is a metallic dark brown with three vague pale marks on each forewing. The prothorax and abdomen are orange The moth has a wingspan of about 2 cms.

    The species has been found in:

  • Queensland, and
  • New South Wales.
